EMERGENCY INFORMATION
If you are an emergency case requiring immediate attention, please call (+234) 802 302 0223. We will give you instructions and directions. If you know the Medical Centre’ s address, please come as quick as possible.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT AN APPOINTMENT?
When you arrive at the Medical Centre, our staff will welcome you and guide you to the waiting area. We aim to attend to patients promptly, with an average waiting time of 15 minutes
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM A NEW PATIENT
You may visit the clinic through self-referral, referral from a specialist, or through your medical insurance provider. During your consultation, we will discuss your symptoms and review your medical history, followed by a thorough examination.
To support an accurate diagnosis, additional investigations such as X-rays, blood, urine, or swab tests, ultrasound, CT scan, or MRI may be recommended. All required tests can be carried out promptly within the same facility. If you have previous medical reports, test results, referral letters, or details of recent medications related to your condition, please bring them along, as they will help us provide the best possible care.
For private patients, we will review and discuss the results of all examinations and recommend the appropriate next steps. Patients referred from other clinics or hospitals may be directed back to their primary healthcare providers for continued treatment and management.
If follow-up care or additional consultations are required, our staff will inform you of the date and time of your next appointment.
DO YOU HAVE IMAGING( X-RAY, ULTRASONOGRAPHY, CT-SCAN) FACILITIES ?
Yes. We offer imaging services including Digital X-ray, Ultrasonography, and CT scan facilities for accurate and timely diagnosis.
DO YOU EXAMINE CHILDREN AT YOUR CLINIC?
Yes. We provide diagnostic services for children in a safe, comfortable, and child-friendly environment.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU FOLLOW?
We maintain strict infection control protocols, advanced equipment sterilization procedures, radiation safety standards, and emergency preparedness systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for every patient.
IS RADIATION EXPOSURE SAFE?
Yes. Our imaging procedures use minimal radiation exposure in line with international safety standards, with protective protocols and modern technology designed to maximize patient safety.
DO YOU PROVIDE WORKPLACE OR CORPORATE MEDICAL SCREENING?
Yes. We offer comprehensive corporate and workplace medical screening services, including employee health checks, pre-employment screenings, executive wellness packages and onsite diagnostic services tailored to organizational needs.
DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED PATIENTS?”
Yes. We provide dedicated assistance for elderly and disabled patients from the security gate through to the examination unit. Our facility includes wheelchair accessibility, elevators, patient support staff, priority assistance, and comfortable waiting areas to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?
Yes. Free parking is available in front of and around the Medical Centre, with security personnel on-site to help ensure the safety of vehicles at all times.
